Lessons & Clinics

By booking into our lessons or clinics, you agree to the following policies:

  • Release of Liability - Trinity Eventing

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellation of services. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused services.

    Trinity Eventing, Inc. is not responsible for circumstances resulting in lack of completion of a pre-paid service (illness, injury, etc.).

    Pre-paid services are transferrable to another horse or rider, if appropriate.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

    If pre-paying for a service package, payment is due at the beginning of the package.

    Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo @Jennifer-Wooten-3, and PayPal.
